Living Life with a Beach Attitude

“Living Life with a Beach Attitude” is the motto for me. 
I love the beach, and I was lucky enough to live close to the ocean for a several years. Spending time at the ocean or lake can have a profound impact on one's well-being and overall perspective.

At the same time the beach can be dangerous when the weather is bad, but the sun always comes back, the sand corrects itself and our beach attitude comes back. Fresh Air cleans the lungs, the breezes blow away concerns and help clear the mind. Walking in the sand is good for ones soul in addition to good exercise! The sun is great for vitamin D and happiness! Oh there is so much more, maybe I’ll go to the beach today and take in additional ways living Life with a Beach Attitude.
